PROJECT MANAGER
BRENT PETERSON
Brent has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry with an emphasis on site supervision and operation of light machinery. Brent has extensive experience, from home renovations and remodels, to new construction. Brent’s responsibilities include project management, estimating and tracking project budgets, assisting with the design and coordination of projects, supervising active job-sites, and quality assurance.

DEREK HOOD
Derek has over 17 years of experience in the real estate construction and development business, overseeing earthwork and ground-up construction of multifamily developments and residential renovations and remodels. Derek’s experience includes adaptive redevelopment and repurposing of structures constructed as early as 1900 for use as luxury apartments and short term rentals in downtown Lexington, KY and Winchester, KY. Derek’s responsibilities include business development, assisting with project management, and client coordination and communication during all aspects of construction.

Taylor has over 20 years of experience in business, accounting, and legal matters in the real estate industry. Taylor’s responsibilities include negotiating and drafting contracts, leases, and agreements, and overseeing all accounting matters.

THE INN ON LEX
The Inn on Lex is an adaptive re-use project in Winchester, KY. The owners are converting an office building that was originally constructed in the late-1800's / early-1900's into a unique, boutique inn offering accommodations for overnight guests. Springhouse’s role at The Inn on Lex includes various in-house services and oversight roles in design, demolition, framing, drywall, trim, painting, and various other aspects of construction, while working with partners to install plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
THE HAGERMAN
The Hagerman is a new-construction, multifamily project in downtown Lexington, KY. The owners are developing 11 townhome-style loft apartments offering luxury accommodations for long term renters. Springhouse’s role at The Hagerman includes various in-house services and oversight roles in design, site preparation, parking improvements, water runoff management, framing, drywall, trim, painting, and various other aspects of construction, while working with partners to install plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
